SUCH an insightful piece, I actually just posted a similar but I fear this blows it out the water ❤️ it’s so interesting too—I’ve recently moved in-house for a retailer, and as you can imagine, team structures and the roles and responsibilities of a head of design or creative role changes there too, compared to in-house for a brand. This why I love people sharing their own experiences, collectively we can all reveal info that’s historically only been known by the few. Love your writing style too!
